A year of Grace

Grace at the Green Light celebrates another year of unwavering support and service to the New Orleans unhoused community. 

Over the past eleven years, our dedicated team of staff and volunteers has provided essential resources, meals, and compassionate assistance to those who need it most. From our humble beginnings, our journey has been marked by countless success stories and impactful moments that have made a tangible difference in so many lives. Sadly, many of those who need the most help in our society are too often excluded from the resources and opportunities they so desperately need. It’s as if they are deemed “beyond hope.” Grace at the Green Light refuses to accept that. No one is disposable, and everyone is deserving of Grace.

Our dedicated team has served our community’s most vulnerable for the last 11 years. Our work would be impossible without the support of donors, partners, and allies like you. Together, we’ve offered a compassionate lifeline to thousands of unsheltered individuals with nowhere else to turn.

Each of our clients has a story, whether it’s a mother and child fleeing an unsafe situation… a recently incarcerated inmate seeking guidance to get back on his feet… or a lost senior citizen struggling with dementia. There, but for the Grace of God, go all of us.
