Lane is Going Home to His Mother in Indiana

Meet Lane! Lane recently completed a stay in a residential treatment facility, and he is proud to be sober. His life has been a long and winding adventure, stretching across 48 states and 4 different countries before he found himself unsheltered and battling addiction on the streets of New Orleans two years ago. We worked closely with our friends at Travelers Aid Society of Greater New Orleans and @odysseyhousela to help Lane get clean and arrange a bus trip home to Fort Wayne, IN. There, he’ll reunite with his mom, who he has not seen for 14 years. There were no dry eyes at the station as we wished Lane a safe, pleasant journey home!
